TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products offered on the website www.moulindegueyraude.fr. By placing an order, you agree to these T&Cs.
1. Products
The products offered for sale are wines from Château Moulin de Gueyraude. Product descriptions are provided for information purposes only and may be modified without notice; however, such changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We commit to doing our best to provide products in accordance with the descriptions.
2. Orders
Any order placed on www.moulindegueyraude.fr implies acceptance of these T&Cs. You must ensure that all information provided when placing your order is accurate. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, except in cases of force majeure or if the order has not yet been shipped. Any order canceled after shipment cannot be refunded, except as otherwise provided by law.
3. Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs. Delivery fees are calculated at the time of order based on the delivery address.
4. Payment
Payment for products is made online via secure payment methods. The website accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Payment is required at the time of ordering. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of order. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on geographic location and transport services. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and calculated at the time of order.
Certain deliveries to EU countries may be refused due to customs regulations. In such cases, the customer will be informed and an alternative solution will be offered. (SEE DELIVERY POLICY)
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to food products and alcoholic beverages once the packaging has been opened after delivery, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
7. Sale of alcohol
The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. By placing your order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence and legally allowed to purchase alcohol. Château Moulin de Gueyraude reserves the right to verify the age of buyers at any time, including by requesting identification before shipping an order containing alcohol.
8. Liability
Château Moulin de Gueyraude cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from improper use of the information and services on the website. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of our products. Additionally, Château Moulin de Gueyraude cannot be held responsible for delays or incidents caused by external events or transport strikes.
9. Intellectual property
All elements of the website www.moulindegueyraude.fr are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of content (texts, images, logos, etc.) is prohibited and may result in legal action. Reproduction or use of these elements without authorization constitutes an infringement.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent commercial court will be that of the registered office of Château Moulin de Gueyraude.
