WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal for any order placed on our website www.moulindegueyraude.fr. This right allows you to return products within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any justification.

3. Effect of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received for the products concerned, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the standard offered), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No compensation will be charged for the reimbursement.

4. Examples of products not eligible for withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:

• Food and alcoholic beverages that have been opened after delivery.
• Personalized or custom-made products.

5. Returning products

In case of withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 days following notification of your withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the products are defective or non-compliant.

6. Defective or non-compliant products

If the returned product is defective or does not conform to the order, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us before returning the product.
