OUR PHILOSOPHY
Once established, Matthieu Thienpont chose a mixed-farming system. Today, alongside his sons Jean-Baptiste and Louis, the story continues. Through the many advantages this approach offers—both environmental and economic—the central idea is to restore meaning to our agriculture: a human-scale form of farming.
The return of the horse to the vineyard landscape, the use of cow manure to enrich the soils, the sale of meat from our livestock, and the use of wood from our forests all reflect our deep commitment to working in harmony with our environment.
